This course offers effective strategies to sharpen students’ writing skills by structuring their ideas logically, exercising diplomacy in letters and reports, and shaping their arguments. In contemporary business environments, information overload makes it necessary for students to communicate clearly and concisely. Trying to make sense of a disorganised email message can be frustrating given the number of emails they have to answer daily.
